At Blackmont Consulting, we turn insight into action. Every engagement runs for eight weeks and ends with recommendations our clients can act on.

For each engagement, we bring together a team of curious, ambitious students from around the world, led by a Project Manager. Together they tackle three kinds of questions: who your customers are and what they need, how to take an idea to market, and where to grow next. We work side by side with our clients, with weekly calls, written updates every Friday, and a formal review at the midpoint.
