Blackmont Consulting is a student-led organisation providing 100% pro bono, research-led advisory support to NGOs, non-profits, and early-stage startups.

We recruit high-performing students and recent graduates who are motivated to solve real client problems and deliver structured, high-quality recommendations with clarity and rigour.

As part of Blackmont, you will join a global network of consultants and leaders, while building practical consulting experience through engagements that create meaningful organisational impact.

If successful, you will join Blackmont as a member and contribute a membership fee to support the organisation’s operating costs, delivery standards, and continued global expansion.

Before starting client work, successful candidates complete a one-month, self-paced consulting training programme, with access to curated resources including case studies, frameworks, and industry research papers to strengthen structured problem-solving and commercial thinking.

Following training, you will begin an 8-week consulting internship, working directly with a real client to develop insights, shape recommendations, and deliver outcomes in a professional engagement environment.
