Recruitment data is retained for the duration of the recruitment process and a reasonable period thereafter; where you consent, we may retain your profile for consideration for future opportunities. Legal and compliance data is retained for as long as required by applicable law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blackmont, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, consultants, branches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Services or website, any conduct or content of any third party including consultants, clients, or other users, any unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or data, any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content or deliverables, or any other matter relating to the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort including negligence, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Blackmont has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Blackmont facilitates connections between student consultants and clients for educational purposes and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, outcome, or suitability of any advice, research, or deliverable provided, and accepts no responsibility for how such materials are used or relied upon.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Blackmont Consulting's place of establishment, without regard to conflict of law principles.
