BRANCH MANAGER ROLE
The Role
Run your own branch.
Lead a branch of Blackmont Consulting, report directly to the CEO, and build the leadership experience most students wait years for.
Why Blackmont
Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organisation founded in 2020. We deliver rigorous, insight-driven pro bono work for startups, nonprofits and growing organisations across multiple markets, and we develop the next generation of consultants while doing it.
The role
As Branch Manager, you own the branch. You run it day to day and act as the link between your local HR, Business Development and Consulting teams and our global leadership. You work with Project Managers on live client projects, support the HR Team Lead in building a strong talent pipeline, and report directly to our CEO on the health and performance of your branch.
What you will gain

Full ownership of a branch, with real responsibility from day one
-
A direct reporting line to the CEO and regular exposure to our global leadership team
-
Hands-on experience across HR, Business Development and Consulting
-
Close involvement in client work alongside our Project Managers
-
A formal letter of recommendation on successful completion
-
Clear progression opportunities within Blackmont
-
An international network of ambitious students and professionals
-
Fully remote and flexible, so it fits around your studies
What you will do
-
Run the daily operations of your branch and keep it moving
-
Align HR, Business Development and Consulting around shared goals
-
Work with Project Managers to keep client projects on track
-
Back the HR Team Lead in attracting, developing and retaining talent
-
Track branch performance and report to the CEO
-
Represent your branch within the global leadership team
Who we are looking for
-
Someone with practical experience in leadership, cross-functional management, client engagement or operations
-
A person comfortable working in an international, remote environment
-
A clear communicator who takes ownership and follows through
-
Someone who can commit to a minimum of six months, at around 3 hours per week
Nice to have
-
Prior experience in consulting, a student society or a project team
-
Experience managing or mentoring people
-
Familiarity with HR or business development
-
A track record of launching or growing something
