What type of clients & projects can we expect at Blackmont?We have clients of all industries & size. Our projects cover a wide range of functional topics: Strategy, organisation, project and program management, finance, operations, marketing and sales, HR, legal and compliance, IT, data management & analytics, optimization.

What is the project team’s structure?The size of each project team varies depending on the project and client — some teams consist of 4 consultants, while others may include up to 8, all led by a Project Manager.

What is the difference between the role of a consultant and project manager?The project manager acts as the main point of contact in the project team for clients, Blackmont´s client liaison and the Business Development Team. The project manager takes a larger responsibility in managing the project flow.

Who can apply to Blackmont?ANY student or recent graduate which can bring value to our organisation.

Are graduates/recent graduates open to the programme?Yes! The programme is open for undergraduates, masters, PhD students and recent graduates.

Is there a prefered academic background?Blackmont does not prefer recruiting students from a specific academic background. At the online application stage, Blackmont focuses on the competencies and skills that are relayed across in past educational, work and extra-curricular experiences that are important to shaping a strong consultant.

What are the stages of the application?The application process involves simply completing the form and submitting your CV. If your profile is shortlisted, you’ll be contacted for an interview.

How long does the application take?The application process should not take more than a few minutes. We aim to get back to you within one week.
